This article introduces current and possible applications for the All-purpose bank card and the merits of it. There are three basic modules for the card, namely, the enclosed module within a department, the module for the card issued by the university based on relevant bank deposit for liquidation and the module for the card directly issued by bank for liquidation on campus.
