借鉴超市理念,分析了公共图书馆的选址、布局原则,强调其人本思想的体现;同时分析了公共图书馆建筑设计理念,使公共图书馆真正实现其为当地经济与人民群众精神文化生活服务的宗旨,最大限度地实现其社会效益,同时也兼顾一定的经济效益.
