结合水体中氮磷的污染危害性，根据生物脱氮除磷机理，分析了生物脱氮除磷A^2/O环境倒置工艺流程的特点，探讨了该工艺中脱氮除磷效果提高的原因，提出了工艺运行管理过程中应注意的一些问题。
