A social sports professional cultivation mode that meets social needs

对我国社会体育专业人才培养现状及社会对社会体育人才的需求等进行分析,认为从全国范围来看,社会体育专业人才培养模式还存在与社会需求不相适应的问题,人才培养的针对性不强.因此,应以社会对人才的需求为导向,根据市场需求和学校类型科学定位人才培养模式,结合完全学分制进行多层次课程体系设置,调整课程设置内容和时间安排,培养学生热爱专业和严谨治学的精神,从增强学生学习和就业信心角度建立科学的多元评价体系,从而提高社会体育专业人才培养的针对性和有效性.

The author analyzed the current state of cultivation of social sports professionals in China and the needs of the society for social sports professionals, and considered that in a nationwide sense the mode of cultivation of social sports professionals is still not meeting social needs, and not highly action specific for professional cultivation.
