通过湖南省13个地州市220所义务教育阶段学校教师,对《课程标准》实施过程中心理健康教育的认知与评价,包括教师对心理健康教育专业知识的了解,教师对心理健康教育任务的困难感、自我压力感和胜任度等进行调查分析。认为体育教师对"健康第一"理念的科学性表现出较高的认同度;绝大部分体育教师能认识到教师必须具备较高的专业素质,且感到任务难度和自我压力大,对他人胜任度的评价较低;多数教师认为目前实施《课程标准》中落实心理健康教育的效果不甚理想,仍习惯主管部门和理论界提供参考教材和建议方法;对高师体育心理学的教学提出了新的要求等。提出要加强体育教师观念的更新、强化对《课程标准...
