With the increasing power density of electronic devices, flexible thermal interface materials face the challenge of reconciling thermal conductivity efficiency with mechanical compatibility, which restricts the reliability of high-density integrated systems. This study achieves oxygen-amine co-functionalization of nanodiamonds/boron nitride nanosheets via a two-step chemical process, and constructs a 3D thermal network in cellulose nanofibers by combining vacuum self-assembly with hot-pressing technology.
