为对大学毕业生就业能力与发展潜力进行科学合理地综合评价,首先采用问卷调查与深度访谈相结合的方法,找出关键性评价要素,在筛选和归纳后再构建评价指标体系;然后,用层次分析法给各指标赋权;最后,对100名大学毕业生进行评价和分组跟踪调查,结果显示大学毕业生在现实中表现出来的职业能力和发展潜力与测评分数高度相关,从而验证了模型的有效性。在此基础上,为大学生职业能力培养提供了针对性建议。

In order to evaluate employment ability and development potential of university graduates scienticficaly and resonably, firstly, combinative method of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview are used to find out the key evaluation elements and establish evalu-ation index system after screening and induction.Scondly, each index is empowered by using analytic hierarchy process.Finally, 100 u-niversity graduates are selected to carry out evaluation and tracking investigation, the result shows that their employment ability and de-velopment potential in reality is highly related to the evaluati...
