文章阐述了资源供需关系与网络拥塞的影响,分析了网络拥塞的原因及拥塞控制算法性能评价方法,并分别对目前有线无线网络使用的各种拥塞控制算法进行了比较分析,指出了存在的缺陷和取得的最新研究进展。最后,根据目前最新研究情况,提出了把控制与优化理论引入到网络拥塞控制中的思路,进一步明确了研究趋势和发展方向。

This paper elaborates the fluence of the network congestion and the relation between resourse supply and demand, and analysises the reason for the network congestion and the method of how to judge the performance of the congestion control algorithm. An amelioration scheme is proposed through analysising and comparing all kinds of congestion control algorithm using in wire/wireless network at present, and point out the objection and the latest research progress.
