旨在梳理＂北京实践＂的模式与政策规范,为国内其他城市开展政府购买青少年课外体育服务提供经验借鉴,为进一步完善政府购买青少年课外服务政策设计提供理论参考。研究方法：采用文献资料法、实地调查法、访谈法等在对北京市政府购买青少年课外体育服务实践进行调研的基础上反思政府购买青少年课外体育服务的制度困境与制度创新。主要结论与建议：＂北京实践＂所采用的校—校＂结对子＂、政—社合作、社区教育和政—企合作等4种政社合作形式以及在此基础上形成的独立关系竞争性购买、独立关系非竞争性购买和依赖关系非竞争性购买3种购买模式有着普适性推广价值;尽管＂北京实践＂仍然面临着立法、...
