To improve the urban eco-innovation efficiency is of great significance to realize the sustainable development of the city. Considering the impacts of scientific & technological innovation and environment protection on urban development, this paper introduces science & technology and ecology to the indicator system to evaluate urban eco-innovation. Based on the panel data of 16 national innovation-oriented pilot cities in China between 2006 and 2015, the urban eco-innovation efficiency was be measured by the super-efficiency DEA and its influencing factors were analyzed using the Tobit model. ...
