A Study of the Contributory Factors Affecting Urban Land Intensive Use Based on Grey Correlation Analysis

该文采用灰色关联分析法，对城市土神集约利用的影响因素（城市规模、城市土地投入、城市经济发展和城市生态环境）与城市土地集约利用水平之间的关联度进行分析。研究结果表明，城市经济发展对土地集约利用的影响最大，城市土地投入次之，城市规模对土地集约利用的影响最小。要提高城市土地集约利用水平，一要提高城市居民人均可支配收入，加快第二产业与第三产业的发展；二要进一步提高土地集约利用强度，反对“摊大饼”的城市扩张模式；三要提高固定资产投资力度，加大科技投入；四要加强土地生态环境的建设。

The paper uses grey correlation analysis to analyse the correlation degree between the contributory factors（city size, investment in urban land, urban economic and urban environment） of urban land intensive use and the levels of urban land intensive utilization. The research shows that the high correla- tion exists between the contributory factors of urban land use and urban economic development, the low correlation exists between the contributory factors of urban land use and city size.
