The purpose of the study is to investigate the impact of innovative management strategies on dance teacher performance. The target group in this study consisted of dance teachers and associated managers at dance colleges in Central China. At the qualitative stage, the researchers used a simple random sample of 140 people and an open questionnaire to collect data.
