Analysis on the Policy of Elite Athlete＇s Exemption from taking the College Entry Examination

运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,梳理了我国优秀运动员“免试入学”政策的历史沿革,分析了这一政策的理论逻辑和实践运行,提出了这一政策的基本原则.研究表明:我国优秀运动员“免试入学”政策是我国体育***制在资源整合中一种非常态管理的特殊产物,在一定程度上改变了我国优秀运动员低学历的状况,但也遭受了社会的广泛质疑;这一政策的理论基点是中观层面的“体教结合”,具备政策的理论依据;在具体的运行中,这一政策可以划分为3种类型6种模式,体现了这一政策在实践中的复杂性;服务性、独立性和规范性是这一政策实现健康、可持续发展的基本原则.

Using the research methods of documentary and logic analysis, this paper has a systemic review for the development process of this policy and analyzes its theory logic and practical mode, puts forward some advice to optimize this policy. The research has got four pieces of conclusion.
